Job Description

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Culver City, CA.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with multilocation accounts to provide tailored growth strategies and drive business development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for multilocation partners, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring operational continuity.
  • Collaborate with partners to streamline internal processes, enhance organizational access, and promote consistency across multiple locations.
  • Develop and implement targeted communication strategies to engage partners and provide guidance on maximizing platform benefits.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and data-driven consultations to assess partner performance, identify opportunities, and implement actionable strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multilocation partners to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term collaboration.
  • Assist partners in implementing new strategies and initiatives that align with their business objectives and growth potential.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Focused on delivering results in a short timeframe.
