Pharmacy Client Relations Manager

Liberty Software is in search of a Pharmacy Client Relations Manager to oversee Account Management. In this pivotal role, you will guide a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional support to our clientele. If you possess a strong commitment to client engagement, this position is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, supervise, and enhance communication channels between account managers and pharmacy clients
- Facilitate team meetings aimed at coaching and resolving issues
- Become a recognized authority on Liberty's software solutions
- Address performance challenges and set growth objectives for the team
- Personally manage escalated customer concerns to guarantee satisfaction
- Ensure timely and precise responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments and provide assistance as needed
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in account management or pharmacy
- Bachelor's degree is required; PharmD degree is preferred
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail coupled with problem-solving capabilities
- Customer service-focused with a quick adaptability to new software
