About the Role
The BILT Customer Success Manager / Account Manager plays a pivotal role in nurturing the customer partnership.

Your responsibilities will encompass onboarding, user engagement, data analysis, and contract renewals, serving as the primary liaison throughout the client relationship.

You will manage both daily operations and strategic account initiatives.

Understanding the client's key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential to create a plan that demonstrates ongoing value.

A successful Account Manager excels in cultivating robust relationships, ensuring clients realize the full benefits of our collaboration, which in turn fosters positive retention and growth.

The Account Manager is tasked with meeting quarterly renewal objectives. While these targets are largely revenue-focused, the role also involves enhancing implementation and download metrics, as well as maintaining a strong client Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of 10-20 customer accounts to ensure successful engagement with BILT.
  • Develop a customer success roadmap aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor client feedback and engagement, proactively addressing any risks or issues.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" to influence product development and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate resources to devise solutions for customer and internal challenges.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase successes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in client management with a proven track record of overseeing comprehensive customer relationships.
  • Ability to mentor and guide senior clients on the advantages that BILT offers.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects from inception to completion, consistently meeting customer expectations.
  • Strong background in key account management, data analysis, and contract renewals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

Work Environment:

This position operates within a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, and various communication platforms.

Physical Demands:

Employees in this role are regularly required to communicate effectively, stand, walk, and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
