El Consultor de Integraciones trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los clientes de Liberty y nuestro equipo de desarrollo para gestionar, solucionar problemas y mejorar las diversas integraciones de terceros de Liberty Software.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Colaborar y comunicarse con el equipo de soporte de Liberty, clientes, proveedores y el equipo de desarrollo, actuando como enlace técnico para ayudar con problemas, preguntas y mejoras relacionadas con las integraciones.
  • Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de todas las integraciones de software de Liberty.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Educación para mantener la documentación de integraciones y los materiales de capacitación internos y externos.
  • Asistir al equipo de Implementaciones con la configuración de integraciones durante la incorporación de nuevos clientes a las plataformas de Liberty.
  • Diagnosticar problemas de integraciones, proponer soluciones a los problemas identificados y coordinar con los miembros del equipo de desarrollo de integraciones para lograr la resolución.

Calificaciones:

  • Título universitario en informática o campo relacionado preferido, y al menos cuatro años de experiencia relevante en implementación de software y/o soporte técnico, o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
  • Experiencia con tecnología de dispensación de medicamentos como Eyecon, Omnicell, Parata, ScriptPro, etc. es un plus.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bien con equipos multifuncionales, incluyendo el soporte al cliente de Liberty, técnico, implementaciones y equipos de desarrollo.
  • Debe ser detallista, automotivado y autodirigido con la capacidad de priorizar y realizar múltiples tareas de manera efectiva.
  • Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas demostradas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita/verbal e interpersonales con un fuerte sentido del servicio al cliente.
  • Amplio conocimiento de redes informáticas y conectividad.
  • Capacidad para seguir código y entender la lógica de procesos es un plus.
  • Conocimientos básicos de SQL son un plus.
