KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engages with customers through various communication channels to fulfill their online order requirements.
- Delivers outstanding customer service by ensuring prompt and precise order processing, while collaborating with different departments to address inquiries.
- Handles customer questions and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinates with shipping partners to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Develops and nurtures client relationships by providing timely and accurate support to foster loyalty.
- Supports the E-Commerce team in managing order processing and returns.
- Maintains financial systems with diligence.
- Completes all administrative tasks related to E-Commerce accurately.
- May occasionally work in a warehouse setting, adapting to temperature variations and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
