Sales Representative

As a Sales Specialist with Acosta Group, you will have the opportunity to showcase the latest innovations in home audio and elevate your sales skills. This seasonal part-time position represents our client, Sonos, at the Best Buy store in Chicago, IL, and requires a strong sales aptitude, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a high degree of initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a dedicated brand influencer, introducing Sonos to customers and promoting their home theater technology
- Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
- Build relationships with store managers and associates, creating a positive impact and increasing Sonos sales in assigned store
- Engage the customer through dazzling product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs
- Assist and train store personnel, helping them communicate Sonos information with confidence
- Put Sonos products in the spotlight, displayed perfectly and ready to rock the sales floor
- Keep the momentum going, knocking out call reports the same day as your store visit
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
- Be a star, bringing your enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and a high degree of initiative
- Customer-focused, wow them with your interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Show them what you know, present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups
- Reliable ride, must be able to commute to assigned Best Buy location
- Physical stamina, able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance
- Tech-ready, access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
