Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate Lasting Relationships: Develop enduring relationships with guests through proactive outreach, transforming them into lifelong advocates of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
- Elevate Guest Experiences: Facilitate final payments and introduce additional offerings such as The Ritz-Carlton Spa, The Shore Collection, Air, hotels, and exclusive Bonvoy benefits.
- Proactive Lead Management: Efficiently process leads, aligning with company Service Level Agreements to ensure every guest's journey is seamless and delightful.
- Anticipate and Exceed Expectations: Anticipate and exceed guest expectations, offering a personalized touch at every stage of the reservation process.
- Deepen Your Expertise: Engage in daily team meetings and training sessions to refine your expertise in internal processes, products, and destinations.
- Education: Minimum 2-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of Customer Service and Sales experience, preferably within the luxury cruise sector
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented, surpassing set Key Performance Indicators
- Proficiency in reservation systems and policies
- Eagerness to master all facets of our product offerings, from land to air, hotel to shore excursions
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Onsite, Full-time (40-hour work week)
- Shift-based with flexibility for some weekends, public holidays, and evenings
