The SVP of Operations will oversee essential teams, including field operations, launch operations, and technology operations, ensuring seamless daily business execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the comprehensive P&L for the airport business, focusing on operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Ensure accountability for achieving critical operational and financial objectives, as well as key reporting metrics, to foster subscriber growth and maintain smooth operations across all markets.
  • Facilitate the launch of new products in airport settings, demonstrating strong collaboration across functions.
  • Lead and inspire a network of over 3,000 field ambassadors, cultivating a customer-centric culture that serves as a competitive advantage.
  • Continuously assess market performance, represent field insights, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to enhance member experiences.
  • Recruit, retain, and motivate a high-performing workforce.
  • Identify opportunities for investment in training and development programs to enhance staff retention and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, actively preventing security incidents.
Success Metrics:
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing and optimizing scalable processes and metrics.
  • Utilize data to boost productivity, member growth, and revenue.
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience for members that fosters loyalty and engagement.

Compensation and Benefits:

At Clear Corporate Services LLC, we prioritize your professional growth and well-being. The base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $315,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
