Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of corporate accounting practices, ensuring the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the activities of corporate accounting practices, including internal and external monthly financial statements, annual audits, and annual budgets.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, petty cash, core employee expense reports, cash control, core payroll processing, and total corporate payroll tax compliance.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including billings, cash receipts application, funding disbursement, weekly funding reports, and customer service.
  • Assure corporate income tax compliance, including the accurate and timely completion of all corporate income tax returns.
  • Establish and maintain systems and controls to verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data.
  • Respond to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with accurate and timely work to facilitate their financial needs.
  • Participate in special projects and compile special reports.
  • Communicate with coworkers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
