Position Details
  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
  • Standard working hours with potential for occasional evening or weekend shifts.
  • Eligibility for telework following successful completion of the initial working period, in accordance with the Telework Policy.
Role Responsibilities

As a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst (Information Technology Analyst 2), you will be an integral part of the Help Desk and Desktop Support Unit, responsible for delivering technical assistance and ensuring the efficient functioning of our IT systems. Key responsibilities include:
  • Responding to inquiries and managing requests via calls, emails, and the incident management system.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software challenges.
  • Providing guidance to users on effective technology usage.
  • Communicating policies and procedures to users.
  • Maintaining up-to-date computer inventory.
  • Tracking software licenses and generating usage reports.
  • Installing and configuring computers and related equipment.
  • Managing cabling and connectivity tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
