As a key contributor, you will oversee reliability aspects of design initiatives, which include: Technical risk evaluations / Qualification Testing Strategies / Test Documentation / Approval for new designs transitioning to production / Supplier management / Handling of non-conforming materials / Expert guidance for new product development / Conducting Failure Mode Assessments.


Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / plus 10 years of relevant experience

  • Document processes within the reliability team, detailed reliability assessments, and Qualification Approvals.
  • Provide reliability expertise in Core Teams to ensure product reliability as designed.
  • Formulate strategies for supplier selection and qualification of components, subsystems, and processes.
  • Oversee interactions with key suppliers from a reliability standpoint.
  • Manage reliability, supply, and schedule risks as necessary.
  • Execute modeling and analysis of failure modes in your areas of technical expertise.
  • Assist in generating responses to Requests for Quotation for new systems by providing relevant reliability information.
  • Initiate improvements in functionality, lead time, or cost efficiency while ensuring reliability.
Proficient in conducting FIT Rate Evaluations of products

Skilled in performing Technical Risk Assessments for design projects

Familiarity with Quality Assurance Systems, including relevant tools and methodologies

Knowledge applicable to the assigned processes

Expertise in training development and delivery

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Clearly articulates thoughts and ideas in a concise and persuasive manner

Ability to collaborate effectively in teams with individuals from diverse organizations, job roles, and cultural backgrounds

Capable of preparing documentation for customer-facing interactions and supporting face-to-face meetings
