About the Role- Support the MCPS and Clean Team Senior Manager in analytical reporting and financial planning, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Senior non-financial stakeholders across the business, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Present complex financial information to Senior audiences, driving business growth through strategic analysis and recommendations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the coordination and delivery of the MCPS annual budget and bi-annual reforecast, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular financial updates to the COO (MCPS) and industry bodies, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Represent the Finance team at key meetings between MCPS and PRS for Music, promoting a unified approach to financial management.
- Collaborate with the Operations team and Contract Management to provide financial input to MCPS deliverables, ensuring seamless integration.
- Support Clean Team revenue assurance activities, analysis, reporting, and investigations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Qualified accountant with business partnering experience, possessing a strong understanding of financial operations and management.
- Excellent communication, data gathering, reporting, and analysis skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strategic awareness and business understanding, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
