Position Details

Role Responsibilities

As a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst (Information Technology Analyst 2), you will be integral to the Help Desk and Desktop Support Unit, providing essential technical assistance and ensuring the effective operation of our IT systems. Key responsibilities include:
  • Responding to inquiries and managing requests via calls, emails, and the incident management system.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software challenges.
  • Educating users on the effective use of technology.
  • Communicating policies and guidelines to users.
  • Maintaining updated computer inventory.
  • Tracking licensed software products.
  • Generating reports on usage for management review.
  • Installing computers and related electronic devices.
  • Managing cable routing and organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
