About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Energy and Sustainability Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our Sustainability and Energy team, you will play a critical role in driving our company's sustainability goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement energy and sustainability programs for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our clients' operations, including energy management, water conservation, and waste reduction.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our clients on sustainability-related matters, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, and carbon reduction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration on sustainability initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to energy and sustainability, and apply this knowledge to inform our clients' sustainability strategies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in energy and sustainability, with a strong background in energy management, sustainability, and environmental science.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful energy and sustainability programs, with a focus on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and carbon reduction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and apply business principles to sustainability initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or energy management.
  • Professional certifications, such as LEED AP or CEM, are a plus.
  • Experience working with energy management systems, such as energy information systems (EIS) or building management systems (BMS).
