- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or Physics from an accredited institution, accompanied by eight years of relevant work experience.
- In-depth understanding of the technical terminology relevant to the field.
- Familiarity with conformity standards applicable to the area of expertise.
- Proven ability to apply project management principles in complex and innovative contexts.
- Awareness of industry challenges, requirements, and concerns.
