Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Weir Group PLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met.

The successful candidate will have experience working with customer/client accounts, reviewing pricing, and operating a variety of standard business equipment and software. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide technical support internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact to support our customers' needs.
  • Audit purchase orders to ensure proper discount application and verify commercial terms and conditions.
  • Email order acknowledgments to customers and provide shipping information.
  • Submit cost updates and item reactivation requests.
