Support Stantec’s reputation for innovation and research through participation in Utah conferences, professional associations, and academic partnerships. Mentor young professionals in the Salt Lake City office, and across the region. Your Capabilities and Credentials Experienced in organizing, planning, and executing water treatment process designs from pursuit through closeout, involving internal personnel, subconsultants, and vendors. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Passion for team building and collaboration. Efficient technical leadership of assigned tasks on multiple concurrent projects. Understand client expectations, budgeting, proposal writing, and producing high quality deliverables. Technical expertise in relevant areas of water treatment process design. Education and Experience Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline. Experience: Minimum 15 years’ relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience managing and/or coordinating water treatment projects. Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Utah or ability to achieve within one year of hire is preferred.
