Position: Operational Risk Analyst - Global Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of the risk and control framework to support Client Operational Services, ensuring compliance with enterprise-wide standards.
- Provide administrative assistance in monitoring and testing controls by collecting and organizing data to identify issues and recommend control enhancements.
- Adhere to control and Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity initiatives.
- Conduct and coordinate quality inspection reviews aimed at improving employee performance and control effectiveness.
- Execute QA activities, including managing cases and reporting outcomes.
- Identify potential procedural updates, test script modifications, and data discrepancies to bolster the success of the QA program.
- Assist with operational research necessary for regulatory examinations, internal audits, and other monitoring reviews, capturing relevant data for governance reporting.
- Collaborate closely with team members and management at all levels to ensure integrity and accountability in reporting findings.
- Participate in project teams to develop, test, implement, and refine processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures regarding equipment, materials, and documentation in conjunction with Lead Operations Representatives and Managers.
- Utilize Enhanced Control Framework tools to document compliance with all control points effectively.
- Document recurring quality issues, perform trend analysis, and work with management and business partners to conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Document Fulfillment or Card Issuance.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey issues to management and staff.
- Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to remain on your feet for an entire eight-hour shift.
- Willingness to learn procedures and actively apply established standards.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a Document Fulfillment and/or Card Issuance Machine Operator.
- Previous quality testing experience.
- Familiarity with Front-Line Forms application.
