Key Responsibilities

The Senior Benefits Analyst will oversee the daily operations, administration, and compliance of various retirement plans and executive programs.

  • Act as the primary liaison with external service providers and internal payroll and HR teams
  • Investigate issues and provide responses to inquiries from service providers, stakeholders, and plan participants
  • Collaborate with the internal communications team and external vendors to develop benefits-related materials, including enrollment guides and plan documentation
  • Conduct best practices research, benchmark analysis, and trend evaluations
  • Create and deliver training sessions and presentations for payroll and HR personnel
