Position Overview:
The Corporate Risk Management Specialist at Panasonic North America is tasked with overseeing the daily operations and service execution of the Corporate Insurance Program for Panasonic Energy Company. This role also encompasses the management of the Owner Controlled Insurance Program and insurance programs related to construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the Corporate Insurance Programs for Panasonic Energy Company.
- Oversee Stock Throughput, All Risk Property, and Workers Compensation Programs, including renewal strategies, negotiations, insurance accounting, budgeting, and allocation.
- Supervise the claims management process, collaborating with internal stakeholders to report and process claims, and engage in claim settlement discussions.
- Manage property and casualty loss control, analyzing losses to formulate action plans.
- Provide internal expertise, clarifying risk management policies and procedures to internal clients.
- Direct the Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) and construction-related insurance initiatives.
- Oversee claims processes and coordinate with all stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with property and casualty loss control requirements.
- Support the management of Panasonic Corporation of North America's Corporate Property and Casualty Insurance Program.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management.
- Proficient understanding of fundamental risk management principles; ARM certification is preferred.
- Strong ability to influence diverse stakeholders and motivate action.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contracts and insurance documentation.
- Analytical skills to interpret and distill data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Additional Requirements:
- This position involves minimal domestic travel, including occasional visits to corporate headquarters.
- Remote work flexibility is available.
