Job Overview

We are currently in search of a Program Manager to oversee a significant Government initiative. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency and exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with various management levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison with Government program authorities regarding technical and contract management matters.
  • Oversee contract management and administration, ensuring compliance with IDIQ and task/delivery orders.
  • Direct and coordinate contract support operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient planning and execution of all activities.
  • Engage with Government managers, including Contracting Officers and their representatives, to assemble and recruit necessary personnel for assigned tasks.
  • Adapt management structures as needed to effectively guide contract support activities.
  • Supervise program operations by establishing management procedures, directing program execution, and monitoring progress while managing financial and administrative aspects.
  • Ensure adherence to contract specifications and interpret organizational policies for team members.
  • Assign, schedule, and evaluate the work of subordinate staff.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing complex contracts and subcontracts.
  • Strong understanding of risk management processes and mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with national and international cybersecurity laws, regulations, and principles.
  • Expertise in financial and resource management.
  • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to make binding decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across all levels.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Information Technology.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required, along with one of the following: CCISO, CISM, CISSP, or GSLC.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is preferred.

Work Authorization:

  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
