Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Join fairlife, LLC, a leading nutrition company, as a Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and driving established HR administration processes and procedures.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Total Rewards Manager in various day-to-day activities. This includes maintaining HRIS information, processing new hires and terminations, and facilitating new hire orientation and onboarding activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Update, maintain, and optimize HRIS information within ADP, including processing new hires, terminations, promotions, and reporting changes.
  • Maintain employee documents and records in a cloud-based e-filing system.
  • Assist in hourly job postings and recruiting.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Assist with audits, including I-9 audits, benefit audits, EEO, and other compliance reviews.
  • Assist in the coordination of summer internship logistics.
  • Assist with Performance Management system and process creation.
  • Assist HR Team with note taking and documentation during important meetings, including exit interviews, performance calibration, employee investigations, and other meetings.
  • Assist in the coordination of training programs.
  • Maintain Human Resources communication boards and information sections.
  • Responsible for the coordination of employee and special events.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment processes, data feeds, and coordinate wellness initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Human Resources or combined education and work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience performing HR Administration.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP).
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
