SBM Management Services is seeking a proactive Site Operations Coordinator. The Site Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing company initiatives and executing organizational policies to guarantee complete adherence to contractual obligations between the organization and its clients. This position involves personal involvement or delegation through subordinate managers and/or supervisors. The individual will aid in the orchestration and management of operations essential for fulfilling the company's contractual commitments, which includes comprehensive planning, oversight, budgeting, vendor and supplier interactions, customer relations, and other significant managerial or supervisory duties.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in strategizing and formulating work schedules to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Develop schedules for service personnel and allocate staff to specific routes.
  • Assess and review the physical condition of facilities for program adherence, including safety, quality, and service standards.
  • Conduct audits and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Explore innovative solutions and advocate for enhanced equipment and methodologies.
  • Evaluate customer service requests to determine the underlying issues and collaborate with management for resolution.
  • Support the site manager in implementing organizational policies and objectives.
  • Assist in analyzing budget proposals to identify potential areas for cost reductions.
  • Promote services offered to cultivate new markets, enhance market share, and secure a competitive edge in the industry.
  • Inspect facilities and assess the utilization of space and resources.
  • Contribute to planning, budgeting, and schedule adjustments, including cost estimates and contract documents.
  • Help ensure that the site consistently meets budgetary targets.
  • Assist in formulating long-term strategies, conceptual designs, and capital expenditure requirements for program/process enhancements.
  • Coordinate program specifications, proposal requirements, and associated documentation.
  • Compile data necessary for preparing estimates.
  • Monitor and report on the financial aspects of the business, including labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting, and any changes in these areas.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for oneself and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
  • Provide direct supervisory management in support of facility programs.
  • Act as a liaison among the company, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain databases for contract and contractor status.
  • Review all communications regarding contractors and respond appropriately.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with contractors to facilitate a smooth contract process.
  • Assist the Site Manager in conducting and participating in meetings to ensure effective communication between all parties involved.
  • Support human resource matters and address any related issues.
  • Some travel may be required for this role.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year institution; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Skills in customer service, problem-solving, time management, project management, planning, effective communication, presentation, interviewing, coaching, and training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Ability to address common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory bodies, or business community members.
  • Capability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, employees, and the public.
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Shift: Various, 24/7 operation
