Job Purpose: The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in implementing and managing established HR administrative processes and procedures. This newly established position will provide essential support to the HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Total Rewards Manager in various daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance the HRIS data within ADP, ensuring accurate processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, and other HR-related changes.
  • Organize and manage employee documentation in a cloud-based electronic filing system.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting hourly job openings.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding experiences.
  • Support compliance audits, including I-9 audits, benefits audits, EEO, and other regulatory reviews.
  • Help organize logistics for summer internship programs.
  • Contribute to the Performance Management system and assist in developing related processes.
  • Take notes and document discussions during significant meetings, such as exit interviews and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of training programs.
  • Oversee Human Resources communication boards and information sections.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and special events.
  • Support benefits enrollment processes and wellness initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, particularly ADP.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
