Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of guest interactions and hotel operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed and personalized assistance to guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic computer skills.
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and services.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
