Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral sources, and payers.
  • Negotiate service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers.
  • Monitor and report on the cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Vice President of Sales to establish organization volume projections and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Conduct market assessments and develop comprehensive marketing plans to meet budgetary volume projections.
  • Employ marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
  • Negotiate service pricing with insurance Case Managers and other payers within established financial and credit parameters.
  • Recruit, select, orient, and directly manage members of the sales/marketing team.
  • Provide leadership in strategic planning, including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Bridge markets, including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor's market positioning.
  • Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and share information with appropriate organization personnel.
  • Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assist customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by Bridge.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare marketing management and/or home care operations preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
  • Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
  • Knowledge of corporate business management.
  • Demonstrates excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
  • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
  • Maintains current and valid Driver's License and Automobile Insurance coverage at all times.
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation.
