Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess practical experience within a Help Desk environment, addressing Tier 1-2 technical challenges, including those related to manufacturing software, hardware, network connectivity, and specialized equipment. Experience in a small to mid-sized organization is preferred.
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a compact IT team in a supportive atmosphere, promoting a healthy work/life balance and significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Tier 1-2 technical support for a range of technical issues, from basic to complex.
- Timely escalation of tickets with detailed documentation.
- Provide both onsite and remote technical assistance to over 200 employees.
- Monitor and maintain manufacturing systems and network infrastructure.
- Ensure high-quality end-user support with a focus on customer service.
- Conduct end-user support training sessions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
