About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist II to join our team at Cone Health. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the success of our surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify patient health data and observe patient health changes to adapt care plans as necessary.
  • Perform first and second scrub duties and table setup for advanced procedures.
  • Gather supplies and check equipment to ensure a prepared environment for surgery.
  • Verify health status data with the circulating nurse to maintain accurate patient records.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably required or assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of a Surgical Technology accredited program or equivalent military training with surgical tech experience.
  • 2 years of experience in surgical technology.
  • BLS (CPR) certification from the American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent training with surgical technologist experience.
