Safety Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Administrator to support the Safety Department at a local refinery.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Documenting and updating various meeting minutes, including JH&S and safety staff meetings.
  • Assisting in the development of safety meeting agendas and topics.
  • Updating OSHA 300 reporting logs with input from the refinery EHS Manager.
  • Supporting the update of Safe Work Practices, including content and formatting changes.
  • Entering and updating POs in FieldGlass.
  • Verifying contractor safety performance in ISNetworld.
  • Running reports in Enablon to identify safety trends and notify the safety team of upcoming compliance inspections.
  • Collaborating with the safety team on updating safety equipment inspection apps.
  • Updating weekly safety metrics reports for upper management.
  • Assisting the lead and asbestos team with document control and data entry.
  • Researching and updating the safety team on upcoming regulatory changes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of office experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office background, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP or related software.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams.
