As an Estimating Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing architectural, civil, and life safety plans, conducting takeoffs for both interior and exterior signage, and preparing initial cost estimates for required supplies and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze architectural, civil, and life safety plans to determine signage requirements.
  • Conduct takeoffs for both interior and exterior signage, including materials and labor costs.
  • Prepare initial cost estimates for required supplies and services.
  • Develop pricing schedules and bid proposals.
  • Coordinate with the fabrication team to ensure accurate estimates and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and word processing programs.
