Job Title: Senior ServiceNow PMO Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow PMO Project Manager to join our team at IT America Inc. in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Project Management Office (PMO) best practices and significant experience managing enterprise-level ServiceNow projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage enterprise-level ServiceNow projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables meet business requirements and project goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple ServiceNow projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Establish and maintain PMO standards, best practices, and governance processes for managing large-scale projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, align resources, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, promoting transparency and accountability within the project team.
  • Utilize performance metrics and data-driven analysis to measure project success and implement continuous improvement practices.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant project management methodologies, standards, and frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Project Management Office (PMO) best practices.
  • Significant experience managing enterprise-level ServiceNow projects.
  • Expertise in budget management, program oversight, and strategic project execution.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
