Job Overview

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and guide our IT support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse teams and complex projects within the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of up to 15 professionals on various IT support programs.
  • Utilize expertise in Research, Data Management, Cloud Migration, and IT Communications projects.
  • Conduct comprehensive gap and trend analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Define operational objectives based on business requirements.
  • Evaluate current systems and provide insightful recommendations regarding their functionality and integration.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements to improve efficiency and performance of existing systems.
  • Analyze core business needs and document them in operational concepts, project schedules, and briefings.
  • Create and maintain business rules, use cases, and workflow diagrams as necessary.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Facilitate working group sessions to gather and document customer stakeholder requirements.
  • Apply best practices in Project and Portfolio Management, along with business process analysis methodologies.
  • Automate workflows and manage data reporting using Enterprise Service Management tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of organizational development methodologies.
  • Mentor junior project managers and conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Revise and develop procedures and documentation based on research and stakeholder input.
  • Act as a liaison between functional stakeholders and engineering teams to articulate functional and technical needs.
  • Assess current business processes and recommend enhancements for improved service delivery.

  • Self-motivated with the capability to lead projects independently.
  • Participate in project planning and schedule maintenance activities.
  • Manage client requirements effectively and provide regular status updates.
  • Support additional PMO tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in delivering similar services.
