PMO Digital Office Opportunity

Trusted Advisors is seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join our team as a Digital Office Manager. This challenging opportunity is ideal for a seasoned PMO looking to leverage their skills in the banking sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of agile programs to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to facilitate collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Monitor project tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and lead meetings and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Allocate and monitor resources to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Manage service providers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop communication materials to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Prepare presentations for management to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in PMO roles, preferably in the banking industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong computer background with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

Contract Type: Freelance
