Job Overview

Position: Senior Advisory Specialist Solution Consultant - ERP Creator Workflows

ServiceNow is in search of an experienced presales Solution Consultant who possesses a deep understanding of customer needs and can drive innovative business solutions. This role requires a blend of technical and business acumen, particularly in the realm of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, alongside relevant technologies like BTP, ECC, S/4 HANA, Ariba, and Coupa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the ERP Transformation Creator Workflows Solution Sales team to formulate a strategic approach for your designated territory.
  • Champion the Low Code App Engine for ERP product line.
  • Design and develop scenarios that showcase the integration of ERP capabilities with ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Act as a technical and domain expert in ERP Modernization, supporting product sales in a client-facing pre-sales capacity.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with their requirements.
  • Address technical inquiries related to product architecture, value, and features from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
  • Provide insights to product management regarding enhancements that could better serve customer needs and increase market value.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants and Partners to improve team efficiency and quality.
  • Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Engage with the ERP community as a thought leader on application development, modernization, and extension on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Contribute domain expertise to marketing efforts, shaping the messaging around ERP Modernization.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
  • Strong proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Experience in collaborative environments with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Proven skills in territory management, including pipeline development and execution excellence.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Compensation:

Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary, equity options (when applicable), variable compensation, and comprehensive benefits. The total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skills, and work location.
