Senior Technical Support Specialist

As a member of the Oracle Support organization, you will play a critical role in delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customers while serving as an advocate for their needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and electronic means
- Resolve technical issues related to Oracle products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and expertise in Oracle products and services
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle products and services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with Fusion Cloud HCM or EBS HCM applications
