About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Oracle's Support organization as an HCM Cloud Technical Support Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HCM Cloud products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and expertise in HCM Cloud products and services
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HCM product suite techno/functional testing and production support
  • 3+ years of experience in HCM implementation or technical HCM Support
  • 2+ years of experience working with HCM Cloud products
  • Strong technical skills in RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Java, J2EE and Oracle ADF, SOA and Web Services
  • Functional/Technical background in assigned product area (i.e. HCM) and exposure to associated systems and software
