Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various technologies, including Active Directory, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve support services.
  • Communicate technical information to users in a clear and concise manner, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in providing end-user technical support, with a strong background in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A+ Certification and detailed knowledge of Active Directory, network technologies, and anti-virus/anti-malware programs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
