Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Check guests in and out, handle room assignments and key distribution
  • Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless guest experience

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong people skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, familiarity with hotel software
