Restaurant Team Lead

Vail Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at The Arrabelle Club. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for leading the floor service, assisting management with operational needs, promoting teamwork amongst staff, and maintaining service quality and safety to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring responsive, friendly, and courteous interactions.
- Assist with operational needs, including managing payroll and attendance, and enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Train and develop staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality service.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous restaurant or supervisory experience necessary.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of $23.00 - $24.26.
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
- Advanced skill level required.
