Front Desk Representative

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service according to Vail Resorts standards. This includes check-in/check-out processes, guest phone calls, managing folios, and other guest interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in high-volume situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate check-in and checkout processes
- Answer phone calls politely and efficiently
- Solve basic folio and billing discrepancies
- Maintain the second effort log and follow up on requests
- Create accurate keys to guest rooms
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Friendly, strong people skills
- Somewhat strong computer skills
- Work experience in a guest service facet, hotel preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Benefits:
