Job Title: Bookkeeper and Office Administrator

Mickelberry Gardens is a Portland-based dietary supplement company seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper and Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including entering checks, bills, and receipts into our accounting software.
  • Provide payroll support, including totaling staff hours and gathering necessary information for each pay period.
  • Offer excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries via email and telephone, and assisting in-person customers with their local pick-up orders.
  • Generate invoices, packing slips, and other shipping documents using Quickbooks software and Excel.
  • Assist with inventory management, including implementing Advanced Inventory through Quickbooks Enterprise platform and performing weekly and monthly inventory management tasks.
  • Support purchasing and other as-needed projects, including research, building spreadsheets, tracking information, and developing company documents.
