Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Contract Administrator to join our fast-paced sales office in Beaverton, OR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for invoicing customers, answering phone calls, and providing general sales support.
Key Responsibilities- Invoice customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls and correspondence
- Assist with sales support tasks, including maintaining spreadsheets and coordinating with colleagues
- Analyze sales contracts to ensure proper billing and collection of contractual revenue
- Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of contracts
- Track customer payments and deadlines
- Task-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and spreadsheet software
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competitive hourly rate: $18-20/hour DOE
