Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Contract Administrator to join our fast-paced sales office in Beaverton, OR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for invoicing customers, answering phone calls, and providing general sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls and correspondence
  • Assist with sales support tasks, including maintaining spreadsheets and coordinating with colleagues
  • Analyze sales contracts to ensure proper billing and collection of contractual revenue
  • Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of contracts
  • Track customer payments and deadlines
Requirements
  • Task-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and spreadsheet software
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
