Position Summary

Envision influencing the future of higher education through your project management skills, particularly in ERP implementations. We are looking for a strategic-minded Project Manager ready to make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all assigned projects comprehensively, ensuring successful outcomes within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Monitor and report on project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop a project plan tailored to the size and scope of each assignment.
  • Schedule and manage resources allocated to projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure the appropriate resources are engaged; oversee all implementation teams.
  • Provide advisory services to facilitate organizational change management.
  • Track project advancements and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders and executives as necessary.
  • Identify and escalate project issues promptly to mitigate potential setbacks.
  • Work with clients to formulate a risk management strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience managing software-related projects in higher education.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and Student Information Systems such as Banner, Colleague, Workday, Salesforce, or Slate.
  • Experience in overseeing the development and implementation of software enhancements and maintenance programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.
  • Proficient in project management tools like Smartsheet for efficient planning and tracking of large projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects for various clients simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating teams and fostering a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior consulting experience is advantageous.
  • PMP certification is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000
  • Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance.

The salary range provided is indicative and may be adjusted based on the candidate's unique skills and experience. Final compensation will be determined through mutual agreement.
