Key Responsibilities
  • Bidding and Estimating: Assist in the preparation and review of bids and estimates for construction projects.

  • Shop Drawing Management: Review and manage shop drawings from subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements.
  • Change Order Management: Assist in the preparation and management of change orders, ensuring accurate tracking and approval.
  • Project Billing Review/Approval: Review and approve project invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Risk Management and Forecasting: Identify and mitigate potential risks on projects, and assist in forecasting project costs and timelines.
  • Submittal and Procurement Management: Assist in the management of submittals and procurements, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years minimum direct experience with project schedules, RFIs, estimates, budgets, and contracts.
  • Skills: Ability to read and bid construction plans, comprehensive knowledge of subcontractor scopes, and ability to clearly and effectively communicate with project owners, architects, and office team.
  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software, with experience in P6, On-Center, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Project a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods, walk job sites with ease, and bend/stoop as needed.
