Role Summary

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of higher education through your expertise in project management, particularly focusing on ERP implementations. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is ready to contribute to our innovative projects that empower educational institutions worldwide. In this dynamic remote role, you will collaborate with clients across the nation, making a significant impact in the sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all assigned projects with comprehensive oversight, ensuring successful delivery within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Monitor and report on project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop a project plan tailored to the size and scope of each assignment.
  • Coordinate and manage resources assigned to projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure appropriate resources are allocated to projects; oversee all implementation teams.
  • Provide advisory services to facilitate change management within organizations.
  • Track project progress and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders and executives.
  • Identify and escalate project issues and potential setbacks promptly.
  • Work with clients to create a comprehensive risk management plan.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience managing software-related projects in the higher education sector.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and Student Information Systems such as Banner, Colleague, Workday, Salesforce, or Slate.
  • Experience in managing software enhancements, maintenance programs, and new releases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.
  • Proficient in project management tools like Smartsheet for planning and tracking complex projects.
  • Capability to organize and lead multiple projects for various clients simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and fostering collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Consulting experience is advantageous.
  • PMP certification is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000

The salary range provided is indicative and may be adjusted based on the candidate's unique skills and location. Final compensation will be determined through mutual agreement.
