Position Overview:
The Ambulatory Clinic Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing a range of administrative support tasks within one or more ambulatory clinics to enhance operational effectiveness. This role demands exceptional interpersonal and organizational capabilities, a solid understanding of clinic functions, and the ability to provide comprehensive clinic assistance through technology and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates effective communication among healthcare providers, clinical teams, and other support services in accordance with established protocols.
  • Performs essential clerical tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations, including managing and processing patient documentation.
  • Oversees the inventory of clinic supplies and manages purchasing and maintenance activities.
  • Takes initiative for personal professional growth and contributes to the development of colleagues.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to support clinic operations.

Compensation: $25.79 Hourly

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience: Preferred 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Licensure: A valid Virginia Driver's License may be necessary.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires prolonged standing, frequent bending, climbing, reaching, and driving. Candidates must possess proficient communication, auditory, and visual skills; attention to detail and legible writing ability; and the capacity to lift, push, or pull weights. Exposure to various environmental factors may occur.
