- Offer general assistance to the clinic team.
- Retrieve and manage medical records while aiding in procedural tasks.
Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitate smooth clinic operations and maintain effective communication with team members, healthcare providers, and patients.
- Gather patient information in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Organize and prioritize activities related to patient care.
- Implement interventions suitable for different age groups.
- Develop educational plans for patients based on their health literacy needs.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients.
- Provide necessary administrative assistance.
- Exhibit teamwork in delivering patient care.
- Contribute to the professional growth of colleagues.
- Identify and address time-sensitive concerns.
Essential Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is preferred.
Licensure: Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
Possession of a Medical Assistant Certification from a recognized body.
Alternatively, candidates may hold certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, or pull weights as necessary. Potential exposure to chemicals, blood/body fluids, and infectious diseases.
