Responsibilities
Support innovation by delivering inventive solutions utilizing Esri technology and resources to assist clients in making informed decisions.
Advise on pertinent strategies, architectures, and solutions while collaborating with clients to formulate implementation and migration plans.

Gain a deep understanding of our clients and their business landscapes.
Recognize how Esri's technology can enhance business success.
Learn from our clients and familiarize yourself with key business processes that can be optimized through our technology.

Enable client success by working closely with them to identify, design, and validate essential geospatial workflows, including ArcGIS.
Apply best practices in configuration to help clients understand how Esri's technology supports their articulated vision.

Contribute to business development by providing support towards technology and implementation patterns with both new and existing clients.
Be a part of actively shaping the future using advanced Esri products and cutting-edge technology, including ArcGIS Business Analyst, Insights for ArcGIS, real-time GIS, and sophisticated spatial analytics.

Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in a comparable role, handling similar responsibilities.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical peers and non-technical project managers or clients.
Proven capability to assess and translate a client's business goals, objectives, and strategies into technical plans and solutions.

Self-motivated, proactive problem solver, team-oriented, and innovative.
Exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, multitasking, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learn.
Thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, IT, or a related STEM field.

Recommended Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, IT, or a STEM-related field.
Familiarity with software engineering and/or robust application development principles and practices.
Experience with contemporary technology implementation patterns, including service-oriented and cloud computing architecture.
