The Professional Services Division at Esri is vital in driving innovation and implementing the ArcGIS platform. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the scope, timeline, and budget for consulting initiatives to deliver valuable solutions to our clients and strategic partners.
  • Proactively monitor, identify, and address potential risks associated with consulting activities.
  • Collaborate with various Professional Services functions to ensure effective execution of program engagements.
  • Manage multiple service engagements and consultant schedules while fostering strong relationships with clients for future opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and risk assessments to key internal stakeholders regarding program status.
  • Conduct regular validation of engagement artifacts through the assessment of work plans, agendas, documentation, and business reporting analysis.
  • Support a network of coordinators across the United States by sharing resources, experiences, and knowledge to promote the success of the broader program, Professional Services, and Esri.
  • Identify regional and national trends and patterns that contribute to successful technology implementation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in developing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • A strong interest in technology and a willingness to grasp high-level concepts.
  • Ability to cultivate productive relationships with internal teams and clients to achieve targeted goals.
  • Capability to lead and manage multiple engagements effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
  • Analytical skills with the capacity to generate reports, interpret results, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, agile, and team-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Professional Services Automation, SharePoint, Salesforce, or other business management/reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS, location-based services, geo-enabled applications, spatial analytics, or similar geospatial technologies.
  • Experience in preparing, reviewing, and presenting high-quality scopes of work, proposals, business metrics, and reports.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Master's degree in GIS, Information Systems, Geography, or a related field.
